Picture this: 2023. I'm Chris Wise, owner of Green Light Sales, and my family law firm's website vanishes into thin air (Wise & Associates). Poof! Gone. For a small service business, that's basically a horror movie. Luckily, my team of rockstars pulled an all-nighter, battling server gremlins and coding chaos. Crisis averted. But amidst the wreckage, we had an epiphany.
We decided to challenge the status quo. The dream? Never miss another lead, even if we dared to sleep or (gasp!) take a vacation.
So, we built it. A system of workflows and automations that captured those untapped leads who'd rather text than call (guilty!). We were communicating with clients 24/7, like tireless superheroes. Honestly, it felt like our own little superpower. Business boomed, clients were thrilled, and our horror story had a happy ending. But here's the twist: I was hesitant to share this magic.
